2015 Project D.C. Agenda

Next week, the CADA Board of Directors along with select Next Gen Dealers and other VIP guests, will travel to our nation's capitol to attend the NADA Washington Conference as well as visit with the Colorado Congressional delegation and take in the many amazing sights of Washington D.C. Below is the agenda.

Sunday, September 27th, 2015

12pm to 5pm Arrivals Private hotel check-in Lobby area St. Regis Washington DC

6:00pm to 8:00pm VIP Reception/Dinner Astor Terrace/Ballroom St. Regis Hotel

8:00pm to 10:30pm Tonight we will be doing moonlight tours of the WWII, FDR, Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials, finishing the evening with a drive by of the famous Ford Theater. Please wear comfortable shoes as we will be getting off the bus and walking around the Memorials.

Monday, September 28th, 2015

8am to 8:45am Breakfast St. Regis Hotel Washington DC Chandelier Room

9:00 am Meet in Lobby Board bus to start day tours

9:00 am to 4:00p.m Day Tour

Today guests will start their day with tours of the Korea and Vietnam Memorials and then on to a guided tour of the Air & Space Museum, seeing the evolution of man’s determination to take flight.

After traveling through space, guests will enjoy a private lunch at Johnny’s Half Shell located in Capital Hill, the restaurant is well known for its renditions of Chesapeake and Gulf Coast Seafood. Johnny’s Half Shell attracts a lively Capitol Hill crowd with its popular outdoor terrace.

Monday, September 28th, 2015 (Continued)

Following lunch the tour will continue with a visit to the Library of Congress which holds the largest collection of literature in the world. Here guests can marvel at the beauty of the Jefferson Building’s Great Hall and visit the overlook to view the main reading room which dates back to the 1800’s.

(We will return to the hotel at 4:00 p.m. so guest can relax and get ready for the evening events.)
